AWS Consulting for the
Systems Revenue Runs On
Cloudsheer runs AWS work the way it runs its CRM practices: senior engineers, a fixed price against a written scope, and honesty about credentials - our AWS partnership track is in progress, while our Salesforce, Microsoft, and Anthropic partnerships are verifiable today. Migration, DevOps, security, FinOps, and Bedrock AI, connected to the CRM your business actually runs on.
- AWS Partnership Track in progress - said plainly
- Verified Salesforce, Microsoft & Anthropic partnerships
- Claude on Amazon Bedrock, deployed in production
- Fixed price, senior architects

What an AWS Consulting Firm Should Have to Prove
AWS consulting has a credibility problem: every shop shows the same badge wall, and none of it tells you whether the migration will land or the bill will stop climbing. So here is our credential situation, stated plainly. Cloudsheer's AWS Partnership Track is in progress - we do not hold the badge yet, and nothing on this page should read as if we do. What we hold today, and you can verify independently, is a Salesforce Consulting Partner listing on AppExchange, Microsoft AI Cloud Partner status, and an Anthropic Claude partnership - and AWS work delivered by the same certified senior engineers.
What should actually decide the choice: whether the firm has run real migrations and cost programs (ours include an AWS migration and FinOps engagement for a mid-market client, delivered under NDA - results real, names withheld), whether it publishes its thinking (our 90-day cost optimization playbook is on the blog), and whether it understands what the infrastructure is for. Across the wider practice: 500+ projects delivered, 60+ certifications, and a senior architect leading every engagement at a fixed price against a written scope.
And the part most AWS shops cannot offer: the cloud layer rarely exists for its own sake. It exists under a CRM, a data estate, and increasingly an AI layer. Because we run full Salesforce and Agentforce practices and deploy Claude via Amazon Bedrock, the AWS work is designed around the systems it exists to serve.

AWS Consulting Services, One Engineering Team
Six service areas, one senior team across all of them. Start where your project is - migration, pipeline, audit, bill, or model.
Cloud Migration
Lift-and-shift, re-platform, or modernize - the fork decided by each workload, not by fashion, with a staged cutover you can rehearse.
Infrastructure & DevOps
CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code with Terraform or CDK, containers, and serverless - environments you can rebuild from a repo.
Security & Compliance
Well-Architected reviews, IAM designed with least privilege, and the technical controls behind SOC 2 and HIPAA.
FinOps Cost Optimization
Right-sizing, Savings Plans, and a FinOps practice that turns the monthly bill into an engineering metric someone owns.
AI/ML on AWS
Bedrock and SageMaker workloads - including Claude on Amazon Bedrock, where our Anthropic partnership does the heavy lifting.
AWS + Salesforce
The join most AWS shops never touch: S3 and AWS services wired into Salesforce, so cloud storage and CRM share one record of truth.
We speak fluent AWS
- EC2 & VPC design
- Terraform & CDK
- ECS, EKS & Lambda
- CI/CD pipelines
- IAM least privilege
- Well-Architected reviews
- SOC 2 & HIPAA controls
- Savings Plans & right-sizing
- S3 & data lifecycle
- Amazon Bedrock
- SageMaker
- Salesforce integration
Most AWS Shops Stop at the Infrastructure
We think that is the wrong place to stop. The cloud layer exists to carry the systems your business actually runs on - the CRM, the data, the AI agents. That is the layer we come from.
Where a typical AWS engagement ends
- A landing zone, pipelines, and dashboards - handed over as the finished product
- A cost report that nobody in engineering is accountable for a month later
- An AI proof-of-concept that never touches a real business process
- The CRM, the sales team, and the support queue treated as somebody else's system
Where a Cloudsheer engagement ends
- The same landing zone and pipelines - plus the join to Salesforce, so cloud and CRM share one record of truth
- FinOps wired to the workloads that earn revenue, with an owner and a cadence
- Claude on Amazon Bedrock running inside Agentforce workflows, not in a demo account
- Infrastructure designed around the revenue systems it exists to serve
The crossover is real and documented: we are an Anthropic Claude Partner, and the build patterns are published in How to Connect Claude to Salesforce - including Claude via Bedrock inside Agentforce.
The AWS Work We Can Point To Without Stretching
The flagship engagement is an AWS migration and FinOps program for a mid-market client, delivered under NDA - the results are real, the names are withheld, and we would rather tell you that plainly than invent a logo wall. What we can publish, we have: the five cost optimization wins we ship in the first 90 days are on the blog, playbook open, before you ever book a call.
The proof nobody has to take on faith: we are an Anthropic Claude Partner, and we deploy Claude through Amazon Bedrock inside Agentforce for clients in regulated industries - AI on AWS carrying a real business process, not a sandbox demo. Behind it sits the wider practice: 500+ projects delivered, 60+ certifications, senior architects on every engagement.

AWS consulting: FAQs
Straight answers for teams evaluating an AWS consulting firm - including the partner question, answered honestly.
An AWS consultant turns cloud intent into a running, governed estate: architecture decisions matched to your workloads, migrations staged and rehearsed, CI/CD and infrastructure as code so environments are reproducible, IAM and security controls done properly, and a cost model someone actually owns. The differences between firms are who does the work and what it connects to - at Cloudsheer every engagement is led by a senior architect, quoted as a fixed price against a written scope, and designed around the CRM and AI systems the business runs on, not just the infrastructure underneath them.
Not yet, and we will not pretend otherwise: our AWS Partnership Track is in progress. The work is delivered today by certified senior engineers, and the credentials you can verify right now are real - a verified Salesforce Consulting Partner listing on AppExchange, Microsoft AI Cloud Partner, and Anthropic Claude Partner. When the AWS badge lands it will appear here; until then, judge us on delivered work and the partnerships that already check out.
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope, and the number is produced after a free scoping call - a migration of three workloads is a different project from a landing zone plus a FinOps program, so we do not publish price lists. What we commit to: the scoping call ends with a real number, not a range that doubles later, and there is no hourly meter running once the scope is signed.
It is a structured audit of your AWS estate against the six pillars of the AWS Well-Architected Framework: operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainability. You need one if the estate grew organically, if an audit or SOC 2 effort is coming, or if the bill keeps climbing and nobody can say why. Ours ends in a written findings report ranked by risk and effort - a plan you can execute with us or without us.
It depends on what is moving and how it is moving: a lift-and-shift of a few contained workloads is measured in weeks, while re-platforming or modernizing application by application runs months, staged so something is live and validated early. The honest answer arrives with the scope - we map the workloads first, pick lift-and-shift, re-platform, or modernize per workload, and put the timeline in writing alongside the fixed price.
FinOps is one of our core AWS service areas, and we published the playbook: the five cost optimization wins we ship for mid-market teams in the first 90 days - right-sizing, Savings Plans coverage, storage tiering, and the rest - are on the blog for you to read before you ever talk to us. We will not quote a savings percentage for an estate we have not seen; the scoping call is where the real number comes from.
Yes - and this is the part of the practice we can prove today. Cloudsheer is an Anthropic Claude Partner, and we deploy Claude through Amazon Bedrock inside Salesforce Agentforce for clients in regulated industries, where keeping the model inside the AWS boundary matters. Bedrock and SageMaker builds are scoped like everything else: fixed price, written scope, senior engineers.
No. We build, migrate, secure, and optimize - and we hand over infrastructure as code, documentation, and training so your team owns what we built. Where clients want ongoing help, a named team can keep owning the patch cadence, cost reviews, and the optimization backlog, but that is working alongside your IT team, not instead of it.
Yes - it is a signature of the practice rather than an afterthought. We run a dedicated AWS-Salesforce integration offering, starting with S3 file storage wired into Salesforce, and we deploy Claude via Bedrock inside Agentforce. Because Cloudsheer is a verified Salesforce Consulting Partner as well as a cloud engineering shop, the same firm owns both sides of that join.
You keep everything: infrastructure as code in your repos, runbooks, and a trained team. Most clients also continue with us on an optimization backlog - cost reviews, Well-Architected re-checks, and the next tranche of workloads - under the same model as the build: a named senior team and a written scope for each phase.
