Estimated first-year cost
25 seats$89,063 – $125,625
Enterprise · $175/user/mo, billed annually
License prices are list prices billed annually (USD), verified against the official Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and Dynamics 365 pricing pages in July 2026. Pricing models vary: most editions are per seat; Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (per tenant) are per org; HubSpot Content and Data Hub Pro/Enterprise are a flat price that includes a few seats (extra seats added on); and Salesforce Commerce/Experience Cloud, Slack Enterprise+, and Dynamics Relationship Sales are custom-quoted. Implementation is our own estimate. Actual pricing depends on edition mix, add-ons, and volume discounts - use this to plan a budget, then book a call.
How much does a CRM actually cost?
Whether you use it as a Salesforce pricing calculator, a HubSpot cost estimator, or a general CRM cost calculator, the number has two parts: the recurring license and the one-time implementation. License is the sticker price everyone quotes; implementation - data migration, configuration, integrations, and training - is where budgets are usually won or lost. A cheap license on a badly implemented org costs far more than a well-scoped rollout on a premium edition. That is why the calculator separates your first-year total from what you actually pay in year two onward.
Salesforce and HubSpot especially are not a single price: they are made of separate clouds and hubs, each billed differently - per seat, per org, or a flat base plus extra seats - which is why this tool asks you to pick one first. CRM Pricing FAQ
It gives a directional ballpark based on published list prices and typical implementation ranges we see in the field. Real quotes depend on edition mix, add-ons (like extra storage, sandboxes, or premium support), discounts at volume, and scope of implementation. Book a call for an exact number.
None of them is a single product. Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Revenue Intelligence, Experience Cloud, Slack), HubSpot (Smart CRM, Sales, Service, Content, Data, Revenue Hub), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, Field Service, Customer Insights, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Central) each price their sub-products very differently - some per seat, some flat per org or per tenant, some as a base price that includes a few seats. Picking the cloud, hub or product first gives you the right pricing model.
Yes. The tool separates recurring licenses from a one-time implementation range (setup, data migration, configuration, and training). Implementation is shown as a low-to-high band because scope varies widely, and it is our own estimate rather than a vendor figure. From year two onward you pay the license only, which is why we show that figure separately.
Yes - license prices are list prices billed annually (USD), verified against the official Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and Dynamics 365 pricing pages in July 2026, including per-seat, per-org, flat-plus-seats, and free tiers. Some editions (Salesforce Commerce/Experience Cloud, Slack Enterprise+) are custom-quoted, so we show them as contact-sales. The implementation figures are our own estimate. Vendors change pricing and offer negotiated discounts, so treat the output as a planning figure rather than a quote.
