Pricing models vary: most editions are per seat; Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (per tenant) are per org; HubSpot Content and Data Hub Pro/Enterprise are a flat price that includes a few seats (extra seats added on); and Salesforce Commerce/Experience Cloud, Slack Enterprise+, and Dynamics Relationship Sales are custom-quoted. How much does a CRM actually cost?

Whether you use it as a Salesforce pricing calculator, a HubSpot cost estimator, or a general CRM cost calculator, the number has two parts: the recurring license and the one-time implementation. License is the sticker price everyone quotes; implementation - data migration, configuration, integrations, and training - is where budgets are usually won or lost. A cheap license on a badly implemented org costs far more than a well-scoped rollout on a premium edition. That is why the calculator separates your first-year total from what you actually pay in year two onward.
